Is Calendly free?
Yes. Calendly has a free plan.
The short answer. Yes. Calendly has a Free plan, labelled Always free on its pricing page, with one event type, one calendar connection and unlimited one-on-one meetings. The first paid plan, Standard, is $10 per seat per month billed yearly or $12 billed monthly. Read off calendly.com/pricing on 4 Oct 2026.
Calendly's Free plan is labelled Always free on its pricing page, so it is a plan rather than a trial. Its limits are in what it leaves out: one kind of meeting, no automated reminders, no payments at booking.
What the free plan allows
- The Free plan is labelled Always free.
- It allows one event type and one calendar connection.
- It includes unlimited one-on-one meetings, a customizable booking link, meeting polls and one-off meetings, and the mobile app and browser extension.
- Multi-person meeting types, automated reminders, payments through Stripe and PayPal, and removing Calendly branding are not on Free. They start on Standard.
- Support on Free is the Help Center, the community and 24/7 email. 24/7 chat support starts on Standard.
Read off Calendly's own pricing page for the Calendly price file, and shown here from that file, so the two pages cannot disagree.
The first paid plan
| Plan | Price | Billed | Checked | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|

The cheapest paid plan on the file. Every other plan, and what costs extra, is in the full Calendly file.
When the free plan stops being enough
The Free plan covers one person taking one-on-one bookings through one booking page. The plan list on the pricing page puts three common needs on Standard instead:
- A second kind of meeting. Free allows one event type; Standard allows unlimited event types.
- Reminders. Automations and reminders are listed under Standard, not Free.
- Payments. Collecting payment through Stripe or PayPal when someone books starts on Standard.
Standard is priced per seat, and only people who host meetings need one: the page says meeting invitees do not require a seat. Every plan, the Teams and Enterprise prices and what costs extra are on the Calendly price file. Other scheduling tools are in the scheduling drawer.
