Calendly is a meeting scheduling tool built around booking links. It has a free plan and paid plans priced per seat, with a lower rate for yearly billing and a higher Plus rate for plans that include its Notetaker and Callie AI features.
The short answer. Calendly pricing starts with a Free plan. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed yearly ($12 billed monthly) and Teams is $16 per seat per month billed yearly ($20 billed monthly). Adding Notetaker and Callie raises those to $18 and $24. What the free tier actually allows
- The Free plan is labelled Always free.
- It allows one event type and one calendar connection.
- It includes unlimited one-on-one meetings, a customizable booking link, meeting polls and one-off meetings, and the mobile app and browser extension.
- Multi-person meeting types, automated reminders, payments through Stripe and PayPal, and removing Calendly branding are not on Free. They start on Standard.
- Support on Free is the Help Center, the community and 24/7 email. 24/7 chat support starts on Standard.
What the pricing page does not say
- Paying monthly costs more: Standard is $12 instead of $10 per seat per month (20% more) and Teams is $20 instead of $16 (25% more).
- Notetaker and Callie are not included in Standard or Teams. The Plus versions that include them cost $18 against $10 per seat per month on Standard and $24 against $16 on Teams, billed yearly.
- The Plus plans carry a larger monthly premium: $24 against $18 on Standard Plus and $32 against $24 on Teams Plus, 33% more in both cases.
- Notetaker and Callie are only available in English, and Callie is labelled Beta.
- Automated meeting reminders and collecting payments at booking are not on the Free plan.
- Round-robin scheduling and the Salesforce connection start on Teams, not Standard.
- SAML single sign-on is an add-on on Teams with no price shown, and is included on Enterprise, which starts at $15k a year and at 50 seats.
- Phone support is listed for Enterprise only.

A team of 20 on Teams pays $960 more a year month to month ($4,800) than on yearly billing ($3,840). One person who needs a single event type pays nothing on the Free plan.
The cost of Notetaker and Callie
The plan cards have an Add Notetaker & Callie switch. Turning it on changes Standard to Standard Plus and Teams to Teams Plus. For 5 seats billed yearly, Standard Plus is 5 x $18 x 12 = $1,080 a year against $600 for Standard, and Teams Plus is 5 x $24 x 12 = $1,440 a year against $960 for Teams.
Which plan fits which team
Free covers one person with one event type and one connected calendar. Standard is the first plan with unlimited event types, 6 calendar connections, reminders, multi-person meeting types and payments through Stripe and PayPal. Teams is the first plan with round-robin distribution, lead routing, admin-managed event types and the Salesforce connection. Enterprise adds SSO and SAML, domain control, an audit log and phone support.
Billing details
The page has a Billed monthly and Billed yearly switch and states a saving of up to 20%. On the published rates, yearly billing is 17% below monthly on Standard ($12 to $10) and 20% below it on Teams ($20 to $16). On the Plus plans the page shows a saving of 25%.
Enterprise is the only plan with a seat minimum on the page: it starts at 50 seats and at $15k a year, in USD only.
