- 2-way calendar sync, recurring appointments, video appointments, deposits and API access are not on Free.
- Free bookings carry Setmore branding; removing it needs Pro.
What the pricing page does not say
- The Free plan stops at 4 users. A fifth user means Pro, which is priced per user.
- The $5 Pro price is shown with the Annual billing switch on. The page loads in that state, and the monthly-billing rate is not on this file.
- 2-way calendar sync and SMS reminders are Pro only, so a team that needs bookings to block time in an outside calendar pays for Pro.
- Live Receptionist is a separate add-on at $99 a month on top of either plan.
