Calendly vs Acuity: what each costs
Calendly and Acuity Scheduling are both online booking tools. The difference in how they bill: Calendly charges per seat, and Acuity charges one flat monthly price per account, set by how many calendars are needed.
The short answer. Calendly vs Acuity pricing depends on team size. For one person, Calendly Standard at $10 per seat per month billed yearly is below Acuity Starter at $16. From 3 people, Acuity's flat $27 for up to 6 calendars is lower. Only Calendly has a free plan. Files checked 4 and 14 Oct 2026.

Which one is for you
Pick Calendly for one person or a very small team, or when a free plan is needed: it has a Free plan and Standard at $10 per seat per month billed yearly.
Pick Acuity Scheduling when several staff calendars are needed under one account: Standard covers up to 6 calendars for $27 a month and Premium up to 36 for $49, paid annually.
What Calendly's pricing page does not say
- Paying monthly costs more: Standard is $12 instead of $10 per seat per month (20% more) and Teams is $20 instead of $16 (25% more).
- Notetaker and Callie are not included in Standard or Teams. The Plus versions that include them cost $18 against $10 per seat per month on Standard and $24 against $16 on Teams, billed yearly.
- The Plus plans carry a larger monthly premium: $24 against $18 on Standard Plus and $32 against $24 on Teams Plus, 33% more in both cases.
- Notetaker and Callie are only available in English, and Callie is labelled Beta.
- Automated meeting reminders and collecting payments at booking are not on the Free plan.
- Round-robin scheduling and the Salesforce connection start on Teams, not Standard.
- SAML single sign-on is an add-on on Teams with no price shown, and is included on Enterprise, which starts at $15k a year and at 50 seats.
- Phone support is listed for Enterprise only.
What Acuity Scheduling's pricing page does not say
- There is no free plan, and the trial is 7 days, so a paid plan is needed after the first week.
- Plans are capped by calendars, not users: Starter allows 1, Standard up to 6 and Premium up to 36. More than 36 points to the Enterprise offering, which has no published price.
- Paying monthly costs 24% to 26% more than the annual rate on each plan, although the toggle says Save 20% for annual.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, per the page.
- Text reminders start on Standard, and a signed BAA for HIPAA compliance is on Premium only.
- The FAQ says annual billing is switched on in the account settings after starting the free trial.
Calendly or Acuity: how each bills
Calendly's price file records a price per seat: Standard at $10 per seat per month billed yearly ($12 monthly) and Teams at $16 ($20 monthly). Acuity's price file records one price per account: Starter at $16 a month paid annually ($20 monthly) for 1 calendar, Standard at $27 ($34) for up to 6 and Premium at $49 ($61) for up to 36.
What a team of 1, 5 and 20 pays
The table assumes each person needs one Calendly seat or one Acuity calendar, on yearly billing.

The worked totals are in each file. For one person, Calendly Standard is the lower figure. At 3 or more people, 3 x $10 already passes Acuity Standard's flat $27, and at 20 people Acuity Premium's flat $49 sits far below 20 seats on either Calendly plan.
Is Calendly cheaper than Acuity
For a single user, yes, and Calendly's Free plan costs nothing at all, while Acuity has no free plan and only a 7-day trial. For a team, Acuity's flat price per account costs less on published figures, as long as the team fits within 6 or 36 calendars. The plans do not include the same features: round-robin scheduling starts on Calendly Teams, and text reminders start on Acuity Standard.
Billing differences
- Monthly premium. Calendly Standard is 20% more billed monthly. Acuity's monthly prices are about 25% more than its annual ones.
- Taxes. Acuity's page says prices do not include applicable taxes.
- Large teams. Calendly Enterprise starts at $15k a year and 50 seats. Acuity's Enterprise offering has no published price.
