What PandaDoc's pricing page does not say

What Proposify's pricing page does not say

PandaDoc or Proposify for one person

A solo user sending up to 5 documents a month pays nothing on PandaDoc's free plan, which does not expire. Proposify has no free plan, only a 14 day trial. Above that cap, both entry plans are $19 per seat a month billed annually. Paid month to month, Proposify Basic is $29 and PandaDoc Starter is $35.

What a team of 5 or 20 pays

Both tools price every tier per seat, so the bill is the seat count times the rate, and the gap between them grows with the team.

Plan and billing Per seat Team of 5 Team of 20
PandaDoc Starter, annual $19 5 x $19 20 x $19
Proposify Basic, annual $19 5 x $19 20 x $19
PandaDoc Starter, monthly $35 5 x $35 20 x $35
Proposify Basic, monthly $29 5 x $29 20 x $29
PandaDoc Business, annual $49 5 x $49 20 x $49
Proposify Team, annual $41 5 x $41 20 x $41

On annual billing the entry plans cost the same at any team size. On the upper tier, Proposify Team at $41 per seat is below PandaDoc Business at $49 per seat for every team size.

Billing differences

  • Monthly billing on the upper tier. PandaDoc Business can be paid monthly at $65 per seat. Proposify Team cannot: the page states it is billed quarterly or annually, with the quarterly rate at $49 per seat.
  • Free tier. PandaDoc's free plan allows 5 documents a month. Proposify offers a 14 day trial with no card required.
  • Top tier. PandaDoc Enterprise and Proposify Business are both quote only. Neither publishes a figure.
