What the free tier actually allows
- The pricing page lists no free plan. The cheapest plan is Basic at $8 a month billed annually.
- The words Free unlimited users on each card describe the user count on a paid plan: users are not charged for separately.
- The page offers a 7 day free trial, and the comparison table carries a Start free trial link under Basic, Business and Advanced.
What the pricing page does not say
- The $8, $15 and $30 figures are monthly amounts billed annually. The yearly charge is 12 times the figure: $96, $180 and $360.
- Each card shows a struck-through figure beside the annual price ($20, $30 and $50) and a label reading You save $144, $180 and $240. For Basic, $20 - $8 = $12 and $12 x 12 = $144, which matches the label. That is consistent with the struck-through figure being the month-to-month rate, but the monthly state of the switch was not captured for this file.
- Users are unlimited, but Basic, Business and Advanced each list 100 invites per year. The limit on these plans is the number of signature invites, not the number of people.
- Enterprise has no monthly figure. It is priced at $1.50 per signature invite, so its cost depends on volume, and the volume discounts are not priced on the page.
- Plan names varied between loads of the page on 9 Oct 2026. The $15 plan appeared as Business on three loads and as Business Premium on one, where Business was the name of the $8 plan. Match a plan by its price and feature list before buying.
- Full API access, SSO login, user management and phone support are listed only on the per-invite Enterprise plan.
SignNow pricing for a team of 1, 5 and 20
The plan cards state Unlimited users and show no per-user charge, so the published figure is the same for any team size. The figures below are arithmetic on the rates read on 9 Oct 2026.
| Team size | Plan | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1, 5 or 20 users | Basic | $8 | $8 x 12 = $96 |
| 1, 5 or 20 users | Business | $15 | $15 x 12 = $180 |
| 1, 5 or 20 users | Advanced | $30 | $30 x 12 = $360 |
| Any | Enterprise | $1.50 per signature invite | depends on volume |
What changes with team size is how quickly the invites run out. Basic, Business and Advanced each list 100 invites per year. The page does not price extra invites on those plans.
On Enterprise the bill follows usage: 100 signature invites x $1.50 = $150, and 500 x $1.50 = $750, before the volume discounts the card mentions. Those discounts are not priced on the page.

The plan names varied between loads of the page on the check date, as set out in the verification note. The prices did not.

What this check confirmed
Read off https://snseats.signnow.com/purchase/business_plans/pricing (where signnow.com/pricing redirects) on 9 Oct 2026 from a US connection. Confirmed: Basic at $8, Business at $15 and Advanced at $30 a month billed annually, in the plan cards and in the comparison table; Enterprise at $1.50 per signature invite; Unlimited users on every card; 100 invites per year on Basic, Business and Advanced; the 30-day money-back guarantee line; a 7 day free trial. Plan names: the page was loaded four times on this date. Three loads, including the one captured as evidence, showed the names Basic, Business, Advanced and Enterprise.
