E-signature prices in October 2026: what Docusign, PandaDoc and Proposify actually charge
Three e-signature tools are on file, each read off the vendor's own pricing page on 1 October 2026. The cheapest way in is different for each, and so is the unit the price is quoted in.
The entry price

Docusign Personal is priced per account, not per user, and is for one person. PandaDoc and Proposify price every seat, so their figures multiply with the team.
Paying monthly costs 50 to 84 percent more
All three lead with the annual rate. Month to month, the same plan costs more:
- PandaDoc Starter: $35 against $19, which is 84% more.
- Proposify Basic: $29 against $19, which is 53% more.
- Docusign Personal: $15 against $10, which is 50% more.
Docusign also has a third option, an annual commitment paid in monthly amounts, at $11 a month for Personal. Its pricing page opens on that option rather than on the cheapest one.
What a team of five pays in a year
Docusign Personal is for individuals, so a team of five starts on Standard. On annual billing:
- Docusign Standard: 5 x $25 x 12 = $1,500
- PandaDoc Starter: 5 x $19 x 12 = $1,140
- Proposify Basic: 5 x $19 x 12 = $1,140
Month to month, the same five seats cost:
- Docusign Standard: 5 x $45 x 12 = $2,700
- PandaDoc Starter: 5 x $35 x 12 = $2,100
- Proposify Basic: 5 x $29 x 12 = $1,740
What the headline price leaves out
- Docusign counts envelopes. Personal includes 5 a month. Standard and Business Pro include 100 per user per year on annual billing, or 10 per user per month billed monthly. The cost of each envelope is worked out in a separate note.
- PandaDoc Starter includes unlimited document uploads and e-signatures, so its cost per signature falls as volume rises.
- Proposify's Team plan cannot be paid monthly. It is $41 per user a month billed annually, or $49 billed quarterly.
- The top tier of each has no published price: Docusign's Enhanced plans, PandaDoc Enterprise and Proposify Business are all quote only.
