What the pricing page does not say

HubSpot pricing for a team of 1, 5 and 20

HubSpot cost is the per seat rate times the number of paid seats. The figures below are arithmetic on the starting rates read on 10 Oct 2026, assuming every person has a paid seat. Each rate is labeled Starts at, so these are floors, not quotes.

Team size Plan Per month Per year
1 seat Free (up to 2 users) $0 $0
1 seat Starter, paid annually 1 x $7 = $7 $7 x 12 = $84
5 seats Starter, paid annually 5 x $7 = $35 $35 x 12 = $420
5 seats Starter, paid monthly 5 x $10 = $50 $50 x 12 = $600
5 seats Professional, paid annually 5 x $45 = $225 $225 x 12 = $2,700
20 seats Starter, paid annually 20 x $7 = $140 $140 x 12 = $1,680
20 seats Professional, paid annually 20 x $45 = $900 $900 x 12 = $10,800
20 seats Enterprise 20 x $75 = $1,500 $1,500 x 12 = $18,000

The Starter rows use the offer price for new customers. At the struck-through $20 per seat per month, 5 seats come to 5 x $20 = $100 a month.
